Please let me know if you need to reschedule an appointment at your earliest convenience so I can allow other patients to book in as required.
If you miss, cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee (listed on the website).
In the unlikely event of me cancelling your appointment, due to staff sickness for example, an alternative appointment will be arranged.
